HM2000-100 Single Screw Extruder consist of such parts as follow:

Feeding system, Extruding system, Rotated-cutting system, Heating system, Gearing system, Cooling system, and Controlling system.

The system adopts constant-torque transducer to adjust the speed, which can ensure the strong power and the smooth running.

The screw of the extruder is made by alloy steel disposed by nitriding technique, which can keep the screw working for long time.

The bidirectional temperature controlling system, combined the heating system together with the cooling system, is adopted to guarantee the stability of the temperature and the good quality of the food products.
