HM85-III Series of Double Screw Extruder can be applied in many industry fields such as food, feed, chemical, pharmacy, etc.

The Extruder consists of such parts as follow:

Controlling system, Feeding system, Extruding system, Rotated-cutting system, Heating system, Main-driving system, Lubricating system.

The system of Feeding, Rotated-cutting and Driving adopts constant-torque transducer to adjust the speed, with which to ensure the strong power, smooth running, and economic energy assumption.

The screw of the extruder is made by alloy steel treated by special technique, which can keep working for long time. Subsection-type Screw ensures the diversity of the materials and the variaty of the food products.

The compulsive Luburicating system is used to guarantee the long life of the equipment and reduce the machinery wastage.

The Feeding system keeps the feeding uniform by using single or double screw feeding technology.

The Rotated-cutting system is designed in straight lined-axle type, so that the knife can be changed accurately and fleetly.
